SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms describe the Mainstay Revenue text-messaging program. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Program description

If you opt in, Mainstay Revenue (operated by Pinched4Time Inc. may send you text messages related to your interactions with us, such as appointment and call reminders, account and service notifications, and responses to your requests.

How you opt in

You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, for example when you submit a form, book a call, or otherwise give your express consent. You are not required to agree to receive marketing texts as a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Mainstay Revenue does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Opting out and getting help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts, unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at [email protected].

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when they were last revised.
